Delivery & Orders
Delivery is free for all orders within the United States. For orders within the European Union and the United Kingdom, a delivery fee of €10 applies.
For orders within the United States, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. If you need your order sooner, please email care@dancewtstars.com, and we’ll do our best to expedite it for you.
For orders within the European Union and the United Kingdom, delivery may take longer depending on the destination.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a notification via email or SMS. Delivery will be made directly to your address. If that’s not possible, the package will be redirected to a nearby pick-up point, and another delivery attempt will be made the following business day.
Depending on your location and timing, you may be able to adjust your delivery preferences while the parcel is in transit—for example, to have it left with a neighbor or at a local pick-up point.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you don’t receive your tracking number, please contact us at care@dancewtstars.com
All orders are insured from the moment they are shipped until they are delivered to you or collected from a local pick-up point.Please note: if you authorize the courier to leave the package without a signature (e.g., at your doorstep or another location), DANCE WITH THE STARS cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during delivery.

Orders shipped within the United States are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all taxes are included in the item price and are calculated on the final invoice.
For orders within the European Union and United Kingdom, applicable duties and taxes will be calculated based on the destination country at checkout.
Returns
All orders that wished to be returned should be shipped within 10 days of being received.
The return will be accepted once the item(s) are inspected by a DANCE WITH THE STARS staff member, in order to be controlled in term of initial quality and conditions.
The item(s) must be undamaged, unused, and unchanged in appearance. The item(s) should show no signs of wear including scratches and marks, it should also be in the original packaging. If the item(s) pass the quality assurance check you can exchange or receive a full refund for your order.
Please note: rings that have been adjusted or altered by a third-part jeweler cannot be returned.
In order to return your order you must have proof of purchase via a receipt and email this to care@dancewtstars.com alongside with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping when returning an order. Please note that DANCE WITH THE STARS does not take responsibility for packages that get lost in transit while being returned to us. Returning an item may incur customs costs and additional taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. DANCE WITH THE STARS covers the cost of shipping your order, but we do not cover the cost of returning an order.
You must obtain a pre-approval email before returning and ordering, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Please contact care@dancewtstars.com if your item(s) are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Attach an image of the issue and along with your order number, and we will get back to you to resolve the issue.
Refunds are processed upon DANCE WITH THE STARS receiving the item(s) and inspecting the item(s). If the item passes inspection, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
For orders paid for by credit or debit card, direct debit, PayPal or directly via Klarna’s app or website, the refunded amount will be returned to the corresponding account or card within 12 working days from the time the return is processed. For orders paid by invoice, Klarna will contact you to request the necessary information to process your refund.
If you return your item(s) before you pay your Klarna invoice, please make sure to pause your statement either on your Klarna app or by contacting Klarna’s Customer Support. In this way, you don't have to worry about reminders or late payment fees while you're waiting for us to process the return.
Returns may be in transit for up to 10 working days. once the package arrives at our warehouse, it may take a further 8 working days until the money reaches your account, depending on the payment method.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card, PayPal account, or in accordance with the Klarna payment method used to make the original purchase.
Warranty
Our goal is to deliver thoughtfully crafted, durable jewelry pieces that stand the test of time. Because we believe in the integrity of our craftsmanship, we provide a two-year guarantee starting from the delivery date, covering manufacturing faults or workmanship-related issues. This warranty excludes lost pieces, standard signs of use such as scratches, tarnish, or metal fading, any damage caused by misuse (including exposure to chemicals or impact), and alterations performed by parties other than DANCE WITH THE STARS.

IMPORTANT:
By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
* Returning the Product: If your claim is approved, you'll be required to return the item for inspection and validation.
* Upon approval, and if the item is available, a replacement of the same style will be issued.
* If the original product is unavailable or discontinued, we’ll process a refund equal to the original purchase amount.
* External Purchases: Products bought outside of dancewtstars.com are not eligible under this warranty, nor are items not manufactured by DANCE WITH THE STARS.
* Outside Repairs: Using repair services not authorized by us voids the warranty. We cannot process claims on modified items.
* Promotional Items: Products received through giveaways or special campaigns may not be covered by this warranty.

If the ring is a surprise, we recommend taking a favourite ring to a local jeweller to determine that size.
After receiving your jewels from DANCE WITH THE STARS, you still have 10 days to exchange them for a different size. Please refer to the Delivery & Returns page for more details, or drop us an email to care@dancewtstars.com, and we will be more than happy to help you.
Care & Repair
It’s always recommended to avoid contact with perfumes, chlorine, lotions, hairspray, cosmetics, detergents, and other chemicals, as they may affect the colour or shine of the jewelry.
Keeping your gold vermeil jewelry in great condition starts with regular care. To help prevent tarnish, gently wipe your pieces with a soft, dry cloth after wearing them.
Note: Polishing cloths can be slightly abrasive—use light pressure and avoid over-polishing. Steam and ultrasonic cleaners are not recommended for vermeil jewelry, as they may cause damage.
What to Expect: Gold vermeil may develop tarnish over time, particularly when exposed to elements such as humidity, air pollutants, or substances containing sulfur. With regular upkeep and the right care routine, it’s easy to bring back its original luster. Although we use thick gold plating (0.5µm), natural fading is expected over time, depending on usage and environmental conditions.
Regular maintenance helps extend the life and shine of your sterling silver pieces.
To clean, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. For tarnish removal, lightly buff using a silver polishing cloth.
Important: If your jewelry features oxidised silver, it requires special care. This type of finish is delicate, so avoid water and cleaning polishes. Instead, dry-clean only to help preserve the oxidised effect and avoid removing the finish.

Our direct-to-customer model, designed in Italy and crafted alongside worldwidepartners trusted manufacturers, ensures you get the best for less.
Our jewelry is crafted from 925 Sterling Silver, made with 92.5% pure silver—the trusted standard in fine jewelry—combined with 7.5% copper for added strength and resilience.
We’re proud to use 95% recycled silver in our pieces, minimising environmental impact while maintaining exceptional quality. Only 5% of our silver is newly mined.
We use high-quality 18K gold vermeil, featuring a substantial layer of real gold bonded to a base of sterling silver, never brass. This ensures each piece is hypoallergenic, gentle on sensitive skin, and built to last.
Our vermeil uses thick gold plating, using a 0.5µm layer of gold.
