WHAT IS COVERED BY WARRANTY

Our goal is to deliver thoughtfully crafted, durable jewelry pieces that stand the test of time. Because we believe in the integrity of our craftsmanship, we provide a two-year guarantee starting from the delivery date, covering manufacturing faults or workmanship-related issues.

This warranty excludes lost pieces, standard signs of use such as scratches, tarnish, or metal fading, any damage caused by misuse (including exposure to chemicals or impact), and alterations performed by parties other than DANCE WITH THE STARS.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

IMPORTANT:
By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
* Returning the Product: If your claim is approved, you'll be required to return the item for inspection and validation.
* Upon approval, and if the item is available, a replacement of the same style will be issued.
* If the original product is unavailable or discontinued, we’ll process a refund equal to the original purchase amount.
* External Purchases: Products bought outside of dancewtstars.com are not eligible under this warranty, nor are items not manufactured by DANCE WITH THE STARS.
* Outside Repairs: Using repair services not authorised by us voids the warranty. We cannot process claims on modified items.
* Promotional Items: Products received through giveaways or special campaigns may not be covered by this warranty.
